Software Engineer
Lead digital transformation projects for financial clients, designing cloud-native solutions with Python, AWS, and machine learning, while driving data analytics and DevOps practices in an Agile environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS for banking and insurance clients, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
- Develop and deploy Python-based data pipelines and machine learning models to extract actionable insights from large financial datasets.
- Lead cross-functional teams in Agile ceremonies, facilitating sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and prototypes.
- Mentor junior consultants on best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud governance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital consulting or software engineering within the financial services sector.
- Proven expertise in AWS services (Lambda, S3, RDS, SageMaker) and Python development.
- Strong background in data analytics, machine learning, and cloud architecture.
- Hands‑on experience with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of delivering complex projects on time.
