About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end machine learning and deep learning solutions for complex business problems.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into data science projects and actionable insights.
- Lead data engineering efforts, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) using SQL and cloud services such as AWS.
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists and analysts, fostering best practices in model development, validation, and documentation.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear visualizations and concise reports.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, AI, or advanced analytics.
- Proficiency in Python and its data‑science ecosystem (pandas, scikit‑learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch).
- Strong background in statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning techniques.
- Hands‑on experience with SQL and cloud platforms (AWS, S3, SageMaker, etc.).
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
