About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI‑enhanced identity and access management (IAM) solutions for enterprise clients.
- Architect, develop, and deploy production‑grade data‑protection and cloud‑security platforms.
- Lead cross‑functional delivery teams, providing technical guidance and mentorship throughout project lifecycles.
- Collaborate with sales and pre‑sales teams to shape technical proposals and create reusable accelerators.
- Ensure high‑quality deliverables by establishing best practices, code reviews, and security testing frameworks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IAM, data protection, or related cybersecurity domains.
- Strong hands‑on expertise with AI/ML techniques applied to security use cases.
- Proficiency in cloud security platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern DevSecOps tooling.
- Demonstrated ability to architect complex solutions and lead technical delivery teams.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and internal knowledge sharing.
