Lead complex BI and analytics projects, designing data models, building dashboards, and delivering actionable insights using SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Python.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop end‑to‑end BI solutions, from data ingestion to interactive dashboards.
- Design and maintain robust data models and ETL pipelines to support analytics initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in data quality and governance.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive audiences, driving data‑driven decision making.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in BI and analytics, with a strong background in SQL and data modeling.
- Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau for dashboard creation and data visualization.
- Hands‑on experience with Python for data manipulation, automation, and advanced analytics.
- Solid understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
