About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java, integrating TestNG and Cucumber for BDD scenarios.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define test strategy, scope, and acceptance criteria for complex enterprise applications.
- Implement continuous integration pipelines (Jenkins/TeamCity) to execute automated tests and generate actionable reports.
- Mentor junior testers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in test automation and quality assurance.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues and improve product quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in automation testing for web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in Java, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and Cucumber.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Experience with performance testing tools and cloud testing environments is a plus.
