About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end AI/ML pipelines for banking and insurance clients, leveraging Python and AWS services.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable data models and predictive algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing financial platforms.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, MiFID II) and maintain robust model governance.
- Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical leadership on AI strategy.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering within the financial sector.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, S3).
- Strong background in data science, statistical modeling, and deep learning.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
