- Design and prototype AI‑powered service management solutions, leveraging cloud platforms and Python‑based machine‑learning models.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI services into existing IT landscapes and ensure operational readiness.
- Provide expert consulting, workshops, and training to client stakeholders on AI best practices and service management processes.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in AI/ML development and service management consulting, preferably in the insurance sector.
- Strong proficiency in Python and cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven ability to analyze business processes, define use cases, and create implementation roadmaps.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
