Lead AI and Power Platform initiatives for US tax clients, driving digital transformation with Azure, Power Apps, Power Automate, and advanced machine learning to optimize tax processes and deliver actionable insights.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement AI-driven solutions using Azure Cognitive Services and custom Python models to enhance tax data analysis.
- Design, develop, and deploy Power Platform applications (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) that streamline tax workflows and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and deliver scalable solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and client teams on best practices for AI and low‑code development.
- Conduct performance tuning, security reviews, and continuous improvement of deployed solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development and Power Platform implementation.
- Proficiency in Python, Azure services (Functions, Cognitive Services, ML Studio), and Power Platform components.
- Strong understanding of tax processes and regulatory compliance in a US context.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and delivering solutions in a consulting environment.
