Lead the design and optimization of low‑latency perception pipelines for autonomous counter‑UAV platforms, leveraging Python, C++, OpenCV, TensorFlow, and ROS to detect, track, and neutralize fast‑moving drones in real time.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize end‑to‑end perception pipelines for autonomous counter‑UAV systems.
- Develop low‑latency, high‑frame‑rate algorithms to detect, track, and classify small, fast‑moving aerial targets.
- Integrate computer vision modules with ROS‑based robotic middleware and real‑time control loops.
- Collaborate with hardware and software teams to validate performance on embedded platforms.
- Conduct rigorous testing, profiling, and performance tuning to meet stringent safety and reliability requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in computer vision for robotics or defense applications.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, OpenCV, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch).
- Strong background in real‑time systems, ROS, and embedded deployment.
- Experience with UAV or counter‑UAV platforms is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for cutting‑edge autonomous technology.
