Senior analyst responsible for maintaining compensation system integrity, building data models, and delivering actionable insights using Workday, SQL, and visualization tools.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance the Workday compensation module to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Design, develop, and automate data pipelines and models that support compensation planning and reporting.
- Create and deliver dashboards and visual reports (Tableau, Excel) for leadership and HR partners.
- Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data requirements and implement system enhancements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in compensation systems administration and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Workday compensation, SQL querying, and data modeling concepts.
- Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards in Tableau or similar tools.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, Power Query, and VBA/macros.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
