About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, SharePoint) to support cross‑functional teams.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell, Azure DevOps pipelines) that streamline onboarding, data migration, and routine administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with product, security, and compliance teams to ensure platform configurations meet enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide expert guidance and training to end users, creating documentation and best‑practice playbooks for effective tool usage.
- Analyze usage metrics and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous enhancement of collaboration workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise collaboration and productivity engineering.
- Deep expertise with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and Google Workspace administration.
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting and Azure DevOps for automation and CI/CD.
- Strong understanding of security, compliance, and data governance in cloud environments.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
