Systems Engineer
Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of scalable cloud infrastructure, driving automation, security, and reliability across the enterprise using AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, implement, and manage highly available, secure cloud environments on AWS, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
- Develop and maintain IaC using Terraform, automating provisioning and configuration across multiple regions.
- Operate and optimize Kubernetes clusters, including deployment, scaling, and troubleshooting of containerized workloads.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, integrating automated testing, security scanning, and deployment workflows.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch) to ensure operational visibility and rapid incident response.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define infrastructure requirements, performance metrics, and cost‑optimization strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure operations, with deep expertise in AWS services.
- Proven track record building and managing Kubernetes clusters and Terraform-based IaC.
- Strong scripting skills in Python (or equivalent) for automation and tooling.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD) and container registries.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
