Lead the design, deployment, and operation of scalable Kubernetes-based cloud infrastructure for a SaaS platform, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability through advanced DevOps practices and automation.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, implement, and maintain Kubernetes clusters across multiple cloud providers, ensuring secure, scalable, and highly available environments.
- Design and enforce CI/CD pipelines, leveraging GitOps principles to automate application delivery and infrastructure changes.
- Collaborate with product, security, and compliance teams to define and enforce best practices for configuration, monitoring, and incident response.
- Lead capacity planning, performance tuning, and cost optimization initiatives for cloud resources.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering with a focus on Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in IaC tools (Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation) and container orchestration best practices.
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash) and experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Jenkins).
- Deep understanding of cloud security, observability, and incident management.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of delivering reliable SaaS solutions.
