Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of cloud-based analytics and AI solutions on AWS, leveraging Python, Terraform, and Kubernetes to deliver scalable, secure, and high‑performance data platforms.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end cloud solutions for analytics and AI workloads on AWS, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Develop and maintain IaC pipelines using Terraform, automating infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
- Design and manage containerized services with Kubernetes, integrating CI/CD workflows for rapid delivery.
- Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to deploy machine learning models, monitor performance, and optimize resource utilization.
- Implement security best practices, including IAM, encryption, and compliance controls across the platform.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, with a strong focus on AWS services.
- Deep understanding of data analytics, big data technologies, and machine learning deployment strategies.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Polish is a plus.
