Devops Engineer
Lead cloud infrastructure design and automation for a global financial services firm, driving reliability, scalability, and security using AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, deploy, and maintain highly available, secure cloud environments on AWS for mission‑critical financial applications.
- Design and implement IaC solutions using Terraform, ensuring repeatable and auditable infrastructure provisioning.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools to accelerate release cycles and enforce quality gates.
- Manage containerized workloads on Kubernetes, including cluster scaling, networking, and persistent storage strategies.
- Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to embed DevSecOps practices and continuous monitoring.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cloud operations and DevOps engineering, with a strong focus on AWS services.
- Proficiency in Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tooling, automated testing, and release management.
- Solid understanding of security best practices, compliance frameworks, and incident response in a cloud context.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset in a fast‑paced, global environment.
