Senior Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer with SC clearance, driving complex cloud solutions across AWS and Azure, leveraging Terraform, Kubernetes and advanced networking to deliver secure, scalable infrastructure for high‑profile programmes.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement and maintain secure cloud architectures on AWS and Azure for large‑scale programmes.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, ensuring repeatable and auditable deployments.
- Manage containerised workloads with Kubernetes, optimizing performance and resilience.
- Collaborate with security teams to enforce SC‑level compliance and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance to delivery teams, troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues.
Requirements
- Active SC clearance and experience working within secure environments.
- Proven expertise in AWS and Azure cloud services, including networking, IAM, and security.
- Hands‑on experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of networking, load balancing, and high‑availability design.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor junior engineers.
