About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain cloud‑based data pipelines and analytics platforms on AWS and Azure.
- Design and implement scalable, secure data storage solutions using SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Automate deployment and monitoring with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with data scientists and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to junior engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and data engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda) and Azure equivalents.
- Strong understanding of data security, governance, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
