About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end‑to‑end AI solutions on AWS, Azure, and GCP, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance with government standards.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in developing secure ML pipelines, from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring.
- Define and enforce best practices for model governance, bias mitigation, and ethical AI usage.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate mission requirements into technical specifications and roadmaps.
- Mentor and supervise junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in cloud architecture and AI/ML solution design.
- Proven track record delivering production AI systems at scale in regulated environments.
- Expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP services (SageMaker, MLflow, Azure ML, Vertex AI).
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, FedRAMP) and data privacy regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
