About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and analysis of civil, structural, and architectural components for large‑scale projects, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal codes.
- Develop and maintain BIM models, integrating architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to optimize constructability and cost.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to produce detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Conduct structural calculations, load assessments, and material selection, applying industry standards such as AISC, ACI, and ASCE.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality control, providing technical guidance to junior engineers and contractors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in design, analysis, and project management.
- Proficiency in BIM, AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS).
- Strong knowledge of building codes, seismic design, and sustainable design practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
