About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, analysis, and construction oversight of civil works for large‑scale nuclear projects, ensuring alignment with project schedules and budgets.
- Develop and review detailed structural calculations, drawings, and specifications using BIM and CAD platforms.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, electrical, nuclear) to resolve design conflicts and optimize construction sequencing.
- Implement and enforce safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on complex civil engineering challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering for large infrastructure or nuclear projects.
- Proficiency in BIM, CAD, and structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS).
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
