About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross‑functional engineering teams to deliver high‑quality, scalable software solutions.
- Design and oversee architecture for cloud‑native applications, ensuring performance, reliability, and security.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automating testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Champion secure coding practices and conduct regular security reviews and penetration testing.
- Collaborate with product, data, and operations teams to align technical strategy with business goals.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Strong background in CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and automated testing.
- Deep understanding of security principles, threat modeling, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of mentoring and building high‑performing teams.
