About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end change management for AI‑enabled transformation projects, ensuring adoption and sustainability.
- Develop and execute OCM strategies, including stakeholder analysis, communication plans, and training programs.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align AI solutions with business objectives and user needs.
- Measure and report on change impact, using metrics to refine approaches and demonstrate value.
- Mentor junior OCM staff and contribute to the growth of the OCM competency within the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in change management, with a proven track record in AI or digital transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of organizational change models and proven ability to apply them in complex environments.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with data‑driven change measurement and continuous improvement practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative setting.
