Campaign Growth & GTM Specialist (Contractor)
About the Role
We're looking for a sharp, internet-savvy Campaign Growth Specialist to join our Global Campaign team on a contractor basis. You'll own two core missions: driving new user trading volume through structured growth experiments, and fueling our campaign GTM pipeline with creative ideas that actually break through the noise.
This role sits at the intersection of data and creativity — you need to be equally comfortable pulling numbers and pitching viral concepts.
What You'll Do
New User Trading Volume Growth
Design and execute A/B tests to optimize onboarding flows, activation campaigns, and early trading incentives for new users
Analyze experiment results, identify winning variants, and iterate rapidly
Build and maintain dashboards to track new user trading metrics (FTD, first trade rate, D7/D30 trading volume, etc.)
Identify drop-off points in the new user journey and propose data-backed improvement plans
Campaign GTM & Creative Strategy
Generate high-quality, trend-aware campaign ideas for all major marketing activities — from product launches to seasonal events
Serve as the creative bridge between the Campaign team and Marketing (content, paid, social, community), ensuring ideas are executable and on-brand
Stay on top of crypto Twitter/X, TikTok, Reddit, and community trends to spot viral angles before they peak
Develop GTM playbooks for campaigns, including messaging frameworks, channel strategies, and community seeding plans
