Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain core gameplay and engine systems using C++ and Unreal Engine.
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and other engineers to translate feature concepts into robust, high‑performance code.
• Optimize rendering, physics, and AI pipelines for console and PC platforms, ensuring stable frame rates.
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior programmers, and enforce best practices for code quality and maintainability.
• Diagnose and resolve complex bugs, memory issues, and performance bottlenecks across the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional C++ development experience, preferably in AAA or mid‑tier game studios.
• Strong proficiency with Unreal Engine (C++ API, Blueprints integration, and engine extensions).
• Deep understanding of multithreading, low‑level memory management, and performance profiling tools.
• Experience with graphics programming (shaders, rendering pipelines) and gameplay systems architecture.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross‑disciplinary teams and mentor less‑experienced developers.
