What You’ll Do
About the Team
The Business Systems Engineering team partners closely with Data Center Operations, Infrastructure, Facilities, and IT to design and scale the systems that power CoreWeave’s global data center footprint. This team owns the platforms and integrations that enable asset lifecycle management, operational visibility, and infrastructure automation across high-density, multi-site environments.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven Business Systems Engineer to support and scale the systems that enable Data Center Operations. This role focuses on data center asset lifecycle management, project and portfolio management, MRO (maintenance, repair, and overhaul), infrastructure automation, and commissioning workflows across multiple sites.
You will play a critical role in building and operating the platforms that keep our data centers observable, automated, and resilient at scale. This includes ownership of DCIM, asset tracking systems, and internally built tooling that ensures high data integrity, efficient workflows, and seamless system interoperability across operations and IT.
This is not a traditional operations role—you will be engineering the systems layer that underpins data center execution.
