About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements elicitation and analysis for new digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to capture detailed process flows and data needs.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (development, QA, UX) to validate solutions and ensure quality delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including use cases, process diagrams, and test plans.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis within a digital or technology‑focused environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working in iterative development cycles.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis, and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
