About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of analytics solutions for transportation, forecasting, and customer service functions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, define data models, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries, data pipelines, and Power BI dashboards to provide actionable insights.
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance of analytics solutions through rigorous testing and monitoring.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to sprint planning, and deliver incremental improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis within a supply chain or logistics environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and working in cross‑functional teams.
- Knowledge of modern data platforms and best practices for data governance.
