Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SuccessFactors modules, driving HR process excellence through data‑driven insights, stakeholder collaboration, and agile delivery across a global enterprise.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional design and configuration of SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals) to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate functional specifications.
- Conduct data analysis, mapping, and migration activities, ensuring data integrity and compliance with governance standards.
- Develop and execute test plans, coordinate UAT, and provide post‑go‑live support and issue resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging best practices and emerging technologies to enhance HR processes and reporting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in an HRIS environment, with a strong focus on SuccessFactors.
- Proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors configuration, data migration, and integration with SAP ERP.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of translating technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and cross‑functional project delivery.
