About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with corporate credit‑card partners to capture, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.
- Translate functional needs into detailed technical specifications, data models, and system designs.
- Lead process‑improvement initiatives, identifying automation opportunities and optimizing end‑to‑end workflows.
- Develop and execute SQL queries and reports to support decision‑making and validate system changes.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, maintain product backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of enhancements.
- Partner with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure solutions meet quality standards and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in financial services or lending technology.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and experience working in cross‑functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to create clear documentation, process maps, and data models.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with a focus on delivering customer‑centric solutions.
