LinkedIn is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst. In this role, the employee will provide effective collaboration, facilitation, and leadership to the BizApps team and business partners, through both support and implementation of new tools/applications, entity rollouts, projects etc. Ideal candidates will have strong hands on experience with demonstrated leadership in handling finance cross functional projects. This position will develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of each business unit's priorities, their corresponding strategy, as well as the supporting IT strategies. This role will work closely with BizApps leadership as well as foster relationships with stakeholders within key business units sponsoring initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the functional lead and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Order-to-Cash (O2C) domain, driving solution design, enhancements, support, and continuous process improvements across the end-to-end O2C lifecycle.
Partner with global business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements, translating them into scalable functional designs and solution specifications.
Lead business process workshops, perform fit-gap analyses, and recommend industry best practices to optimize Oracle ERP capabilities.
Design, configure, and support Oracle EBS/Fusion Finance solutions with primary expertise in O2C while contributing across Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Tax, Revenue Management, and other Finance applications.
Collaborate with technical teams, integration architects, and third-party vendors to design and support integrations between Oracle ERP and upstream/downstream applications, including CRM, CPQ, tax engines (e.g., Vertex), and other enterprise systems.
Drive global ERP implementations, entity rollouts, system enhancements, and transformation initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), regression testing, data validation, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
Partner with developers and integration teams to define API requirements, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure seamless system interoperability.
Ensure business solutions comply with financial controls, SOX requirements, revenue recognition standards (ASC 606), and global statutory and tax regulations.
