Senior Business Systems Analyst - Envestnet Asset Management

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end business analysis for new and enhanced wealth‑management features, translating business needs into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA to define scope, acceptance criteria, and prioritize backlog items in an Agile environment.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data analysis to uncover pain points, recommend process improvements, and validate solutions.
• Create detailed process maps, user stories, wireframes, and documentation to ensure clear communication across cross‑functional teams.
• Support data governance initiatives by defining data quality rules, performing SQL queries, and validating data integrity for reporting and analytics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of business analysis experience in financial services or wealth‑tech domain.
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum practices, with a track record of delivering high‑quality requirements and user stories.
• Strong analytical skills, including SQL proficiency and experience with data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
