About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end requirements gathering, documenting functional and technical specifications for new and enhanced systems.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design process improvements, leveraging BPMN and data analytics to optimize workflows.
- Develop and maintain data models, SQL queries, and dashboards to support decision‑making and performance monitoring.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensuring clear backlog prioritization and sprint delivery aligned with business goals.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in business systems analysis within a technology‑driven environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and experience leading sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and deliver measurable business value.
