About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications that support proactive Digital Employee Experience (DEX) initiatives.
- Automate routine IT processes using PowerShell and Python scripts, reducing manual effort and improving response times.
- Integrate Azure services and third‑party APIs to enable predictive analytics and self‑healing capabilities across the enterprise.
- Collaborate with support teams and stakeholders to identify pain points, define requirements, and deliver solutions that reduce digital friction.
- Implement IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices, ensuring alignment with governance, security, and compliance standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing and customizing ServiceNow platforms, including workflow automation and integration.
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and Python for automation and data manipulation.
- Hands‑on experience with Azure cloud services (e.g., Logic Apps, Functions) and RESTful API integration.
- Deep understanding of ITSM processes (incident, problem, change, and request fulfillment).
- Proven ability to work in an Agile environment, translating business needs into technical solutions.
