About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end business analysis for new insurance product features and system enhancements.
- Gather, document, and validate requirements with cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment with regulatory and business objectives.
- Design process flows and data models, leveraging SQL and data visualization tools to support decision making.
- Facilitate workshops and workshops with stakeholders to elicit needs, prioritize backlog, and define acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations to ensure high‑quality delivery and smooth go‑live.
Requirements
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Proficient in SQL, data modeling, and business process mapping (BPMN).
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and experience working in cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
