About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with tax professionals and IT teams to design, prototype, and deploy innovative tax technology solutions.
- Analyze complex tax data sets, develop dashboards, and provide actionable insights using SQL, Python, and data‑visualization tools.
- Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and business process redesign to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Drive Agile delivery cycles, manage backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
- Support change management and user adoption through training, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or solutions design within tax, finance, or related domains.
- Strong technical proficiency with SQL, Python, and data‑visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Hands‑on experience with tax technology platforms (e.g., Vertex, ONESOURCE, SAP Tax) and ERP integrations.
- Proven ability to work in Agile environments, manage cross‑functional teams, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills.
