About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis and design of business solutions that support the company’s strategic objectives.
- Gather, document, and validate functional and technical requirements from stakeholders across underwriting, claims, and finance.
- Develop data models and dashboards using SQL and Tableau to provide actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Identify process inefficiencies, propose improvements, and oversee implementation of optimized workflows.
- Collaborate with IT and product teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems and data feeds.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or solutions consulting within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; experience building visualizations in Tableau.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a track record of delivering process improvements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
