Senior BI Developer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data solutions using SQL, Business Objects, Power BI, and SSIS to enable data‑driven decision making in a hybrid environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data pipelines for reporting and analytics.
- Create and maintain Business Objects universes, reports, and dashboards to meet business requirements.
- Build interactive Power BI dashboards and data models, ensuring performance and usability.
- Develop ETL processes using SSIS to integrate data from multiple sources into a centralized warehouse.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and support data‑driven initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SQL development, Business Objects, Power BI, and SSIS.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and ETL best practices.
- Proven ability to deliver scalable, high‑quality data solutions in a hybrid/on‑site setting.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently and within a team.
- Effective communication skills to interact with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
