Senior BI specialist who designs scalable data models, builds ETL pipelines, and creates executive dashboards using Google Cloud, SQL, Power Query, Alteryx, and modern data‑visualization tools.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data models on Google Cloud Platform to support marketing and sales analytics.
- Develop, schedule, and maintain robust ETL pipelines using Power Query, Alteryx, and SQL to ingest structured and unstructured data from enterprise systems, SharePoint, and relational databases.
- Create interactive, executive‑level dashboards and reports that translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define metrics, ensure data quality, and align analytics solutions with strategic objectives.
- Optimize query performance and data storage to improve latency and cost efficiency in cloud environments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data engineering roles.
- Proficiency in SQL and hands‑on experience with Google Cloud Platform services (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow).
- Strong expertise in ETL tools such as Power Query and Alteryx, with a track record of building production‑grade pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to design data models and develop dashboards using modern BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent analytical mindset, business acumen, and communication skills to convey insights to senior leadership.
