About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex profitability reports and dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau.
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, variances, and actionable insights for cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and product teams to define key performance indicators and data requirements.
- Translate business questions into analytical solutions, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all deliverables.
- Mentor junior analysts and share best practices for data modeling, visualization, and storytelling.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business analytics or data analysis within a financial services environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (pandas, NumPy), and Tableau; advanced Excel skills.
- Strong statistical analysis background and ability to apply quantitative methods to profitability data.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to non‑technical audiences.
- Experience with data governance, quality assurance, and documentation of analytical processes.
