Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust data models and dashboards to support strategic decision‑making across the organization.
• Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets using SQL and advanced Excel techniques to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders through clear visualizations and concise reports.
• Continuously improve data quality, governance, and reporting processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business analytics or data analysis roles.
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Tableau for data extraction and visualization.
• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in statistical analysis and data modeling.
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex insights to non‑technical audiences.
• Experience with large enterprise datasets and a passion for data‑driven decision making.
