About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test enhancements for business analytics software, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
- Build and maintain robust data models, ETL pipelines, and dashboards using SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that inform product strategy and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including product, engineering, and clinical stakeholders—to translate analytical findings into tangible product features.
- Document analytical processes, create technical specifications, and provide training to end users on new analytics capabilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business analytics, data science, or related field.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with data modeling techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, able to present complex findings to non‑technical audiences.
- Experience in the healthcare or life‑sciences industry is a plus.
