Lead end‑to‑end analytics for talent acquisition, building dashboards, trend analyses, and actionable insights using SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, and AWS services to drive hiring strategy and operational excellence.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver data analytics projects from scoping to presentation, ensuring high quality, timely insights for Talent Acquisition leadership.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau and Power BI that track key hiring metrics and trends.
- Write complex SQL queries and Python scripts to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources, including AWS data lakes.
- Conduct ad‑hoc and trend analyses, translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data requirements, establish best practices, and standardize reporting frameworks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in a data‑driven environment, preferably in talent acquisition or HR analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience working with AWS data services (Redshift, S3, Glue).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting findings to senior leaders and non‑technical audiences.
