Lead strategic HR initiatives as a Senior Business Analyst, driving data‑driven solutions, process optimization, and stakeholder collaboration across People & HR Solutions using HRIS, analytics, and Agile practices.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze HR processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities, translating business needs into functional specifications.
- Collaborate with HRIS, finance, and IT teams to design, test, and implement system enhancements and integrations.
- Lead data collection, cleansing, and reporting efforts to support workforce planning, talent management, and compliance initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for HR stakeholders, ensuring adoption of new processes and tools.
- Apply Agile methodologies to manage project backlogs, sprints, and deliverables, ensuring timely and high‑quality outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of business analysis experience within HR or related functional area.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and data analysis tools (Excel, SQL).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
- Experience driving process improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
