About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with product, R&D, and commercial teams to define and prioritize innovation initiatives and portfolio road‑maps.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications for digital solutions.
- Lead agile ceremonies, manage backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of technology projects that support new product development.
- Develop dashboards and visualisations using Tableau to monitor performance metrics, market trends, and portfolio health.
- Perform data extraction and analysis with SQL to provide actionable insights for decision‑making.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or product portfolio management within a consumer‑goods or similar fast‑moving environment.
- Proficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and experience leading cross‑functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with hands‑on experience in SQL and data visualisation tools such as Tableau.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities, capable of influencing senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
