Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive business requirements gathering and analysis for IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and data models, leveraging SQL for data extraction and validation.
- Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration between business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams using Agile methodologies.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including use cases, process flows, and test plans.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis within an IT environment.
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives to completion.
