Senior Business Analyst with 8–10 years of experience leading end‑to‑end HIS/EMR implementation projects, driving requirement gathering, workflow design, fit‑gap analysis, and testing coordination for healthcare transformation initiatives.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering sessions with clinical and operational stakeholders to define functional and technical needs.
- Produce comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and detailed workflow/process maps.
- Conduct AS‑IS and TO‑BE analyses, perform fit‑gap assessments, and recommend solution designs aligned with healthcare standards.
- Coordinate testing activities, including test case creation, execution oversight, and defect resolution.
- Manage stakeholder communications, ensuring alignment across multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of professional experience, with at least 4–5 years in Healthcare IT, specifically HIS or EMR implementations.
- Proven expertise in business analysis techniques, requirement documentation, and workflow modeling.
- Strong analytical skills for fit‑gap analysis and solution design support.
- Hands‑on experience coordinating system testing and managing defect lifecycles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of translating clinical needs into technical specifications.
