Data Analyst
Senior Business Analyst with deep Health IT expertise, driving requirements gathering, process improvement, and system modernization for a large government program while bridging business stakeholders and technical teams.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements elicitation and documentation for enterprise Health IT initiatives, translating stakeholder needs into clear functional specifications.
- Map, analyze, and redesign business processes to improve efficiency and support system modernization efforts.
- Collaborate with program leadership, technical architects, and developers to ensure solutions align with regulatory and security standards.
- Perform data analysis and validation to support decision‑making and reporting requirements.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, status meetings, and change‑management activities to maintain alignment and drive adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in Health IT or government programs.
- Proven expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and data analysis within complex, regulated environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills, able to bridge business and technical teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and system implementation lifecycle.
- Knowledge of healthcare standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) and security frameworks is a plus.
