About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and business stakeholders to define, document, and prioritize functional and non‑functional requirements for enterprise application and AI service initiatives.
- Analyze existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design data‑driven solutions that leverage machine‑learning models and automation.
- Create data models, data flow diagrams, and SQL queries to support reporting, analytics, and integration efforts.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, maintain product backlogs, and ensure clear communication of scope, timelines, and risks.
- Validate delivered solutions through user acceptance testing, performance monitoring, and post‑implementation reviews.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis for large‑scale enterprise applications, preferably within media, entertainment, or technology sectors.
- Proven expertise in AI/ML service concepts, data modeling, and SQL‑based data extraction.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and experience working in cross‑functional, fast‑paced teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
