Lead data-driven initiatives in cancer care, driving performance monitoring, operational planning, and process improvement using BI tools and advanced analytics to enhance patient safety and clinical outcomes.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of cancer informatics dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Analyze large datasets with SQL to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for quality improvement across clinical, operational, and research programs.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define business requirements, translate them into analytical solutions, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Provide application support and training for end users, ensuring optimal utilization of BI tools and data resources.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by applying process improvement methodologies and data‑driven insights.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a healthcare or clinical analytics environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and BI tool development (Tableau, Power BI).
- Deep understanding of healthcare informatics, cancer care workflows, and quality metrics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience with process improvement frameworks such as Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
