About the role
Key Responsibilities

- Define data governance, quality, and compliance standards for AI projects in a regulated pharma environment.
- Oversee end‑to‑end project delivery, including vendor selection, solution design, testing, and deployment.
- Monitor performance metrics, report results, and recommend continuous improvement strategies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of business analysis experience with a focus on AI/ML and automation.
- Deep understanding of clinical data, regulatory frameworks (FDA, EMA), and compliance best practices.
- Proven track record delivering AI projects that drive measurable business impact.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Experience with data analytics tools (SQL, Python, Tableau) and AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML).
